Project Timeline
Project timelines begin only after:

Required content, images, branding assets, and other project materials have been provided.
Necessary website or platform access has been shared, if applicable.
Any required upfront payment has been received.
Delays in receiving information, approvals, feedback, or additional requests from the client may extend the project timeline accordingly.
Website Delivery
AI Maniac Labs specializes in no code website development using platforms such as Squarespace.
For standard no code website projects, we aim to deliver completed websites within 10 business days.
This timeline applies only when:
All required content and assets have been submitted before development begins.
The project scope remains unchanged throughout the project.
Feedback and approvals are provided promptly.
Additional revisions, new feature requests, delays in communication, or incomplete project materials may result in an extended delivery timeline.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth project experience, clients agree to:
Provide accurate project information.
Supply all required content, logos, images, and branding materials.
Review submitted work and provide timely feedback.
Ensure they have the legal rights to any content or assets they provide.
Respond to requests for approvals or information within a reasonable timeframe.
Project delays resulting from missing information or delayed client responses are not the responsibility of AI Maniac Labs.

Clients should understand that meaningful SEO improvements often take several weeks or months to become visible.
Revisions
Projects include the number of revisions specified in the approved proposal or agreement.
Requests beyond the agreed scope or excessive revisions may require additional charges and may affect project timelines.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.
Work may not begin until any required upfront payment has been received.
Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays, suspension of services, or termination of the project.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.
Clients may cancel a project before work begins.
If a project has already started, charges for completed work, consultations, planning, strategy, design, development, or other services performed up to the cancellation date will apply.
Monthly marketing services may be cancelled before the next billing cycle by providing written notice unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
Delivery of Digital Services

All completed work, including websites, reports, designs, marketing assets, and project deliverables, will be delivered electronically through email, cloud storage, website platforms, or other mutually agreed digital methods.
No physical goods are shipped.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AI Maniac Labs retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, methodologies, internal processes, and pre existing intellectual property used during the project.
Unless otherwise agreed, AI Maniac Labs may showcase completed work as part of its portfolio or marketing materials.
Third Party Services
Projects may involve third party platforms such as website builders, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, advertising platforms, or software applications.
AI Maniac Labs is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, policy updates, technical issues, or outages caused by third party providers.
Limitation of Liability
AI Maniac Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
